Your signed Subscription Agreement has been emailed securely to Cherif Medawar, SFI Fund Manager, to be approved and countersigned. Immediately thereafter, you will receive an email with a copy of your signed documents and the final steps for your Accredited Investor Verification.
While the Fund Manager is reviewing your documents you may now proceed to Step 5.

Once you have decided how you would like to be qualified and you have in hand the necessary documentation you can CLICK the link below to START the VERIFICATION process and finalize your subscription.
After you have set up your account with EarlyIQ and filled out the online form to confirm your identity, you will upload your documentation to verify your Accreditation. Once EarlyIQ has processed your documentation, you will get an email that you are “VERIFIED” as an Accredited Investor.
You will then be able to unlock the wiring instructions and send your investment money to the SFI Fund bank account. As soon as the money is received the Fund Manager will send you two emails:
a) The first will be to confirm your “next day” start date of your interest accrual.
b) The second will be to provide you with the Promissory Note to be kept for your record.
